PTSD & Complex-PTSD Awareness

2018-christmasDear Friends,

By Christmas, it will be 3 months since Ginger-Bella and Brian Nadon cycled 7,750km across Canada to promote Ptsd awareness. Wow, what a year!

As 2018 draws to a close, it’s good to take a moment to reflect on the past year at the Vatic Foundation. The nonprofit has been working hard to improve and grow our support services for people affected by PTSD and related disorders and to increase the profile of Complex-PTSD and mental health. We are starting the process to elect our board of directors and donations are still being received as of December 22.

IMG_E2948Brian Nadon and Ginger-Bella have worked really hard this year. But none of our accomplishments would have been possible without YOU. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support during the year. We will continue to work hard for you in 2019 to fight Complex-PTSD, increase access to grant services and erase stigma and shame around the condition. From Brian Nadon and Ginger-Bella, we wish you all the best for Christmas and for the New Year ahead.

Remember to reach out to friends and family because the festive period can be a really difficult time for many, and as we know, PTSD does not take a break at Christmas or any other time of year.

Warm regards,

Brian Nadon
